So far, 6 diplomats from Angola have participated in the 1st Special Course conducted by SSIFS in May 2019. The MoU will further enhance cooperation between the two countries and institutions in areas of mutual interest and training related matters.

India established diplomatic relations with Angola in 1985 and since then, bilateral ties have been warm and friendly underpinned by a vibrant energy partnership dating back to the pre-independence era of Angola. Angola has been supportive of India´s candidatures to various posts in international fora and India´s permanent membership in an expanded UNSC.
