Induction Training Programme for Assistant Section Officers of 2019 Batch [22 Aug - 02 Sept 2022]

The Induction Training Programme (ITP) for the 2019 Batch of Assistant Section Officers is being held at the Sushma Swaraj Institute of Foreign Service (SSIFS), Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) from 22 August - 02 September 2022. Thirty six ASOs from the Batch are participating in this course.

The training programme was inaugurated on 22 August 2022 by Joint Secretary (SSIFS - FT & NRG), Smt. Nilakshi Saha Sinha, who stated that the programme had been carefully drawn up keeping in mind the professional requirements of the ASOs who have recently joined the Ministry of External Affairs.

The two-week-long training programme would include interactive sessions with speakers on a range of issues related to the Government and MEA functioning, rules and procedures.
