12th Special Course for ASEAN Diplomats

12th Special Course for ASEAN Diplomats held at the Foreign Service Institute (FSI) of the Ministry of External Affairs of India on 14 November to 27 November 2018. 13 young diplomats from ASEAN participated in the course. The Special Course was inaugurated at FSI on 14 November 2018. Amb. J.S. Mukul, Dean (FSI) also hosted a welcome reception for ASEAN diplomats.

The Special Course included modules on India’s foreign policy, key international issues, multilateral diplomacy and diplomatic skills. The diplomats of ASEAN got an exposure to India’s economic and technological development and undertake study tours to experience the rich cultural heritage of India.
